Bitterroot Studio is an event design floral studio, which means we special order flowers completely custom to your event! While we won’t have any flowers on hand during your consultation, we will guide you through our process with plenty of photos to ease your mind!

Do you deliver my wedding flowers to Wedgewoood? 

As part of your package with Wedgewood you can include centerpieces for the guest tables and your sweet heart table at your reception!

Can I keep the centerpiece vases?

Yes! We offer 6 different take-home vase options. That you can enjoy your flowers long after your wedding, or have your centerpieces be gifts for your guests! If you’re interested in our rental vase options, ask us during your consultation!

When and how do I book my complimentary consultation?

Once you’ve picked out your wedding attire and color palette, you’re ready to talk about flowers! We strongly recommend booking a consultation 6 months out from your wedding, or during our slow season (winter!).

Once you’re ready to book a consultation, fill out our contact form! Consultations are available in-person or over the phone Tuesday -Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Our consultations book quickly, so please plan on booking an appointment at least 3 weeks out from when you need to meet with us! We offer complimentary initial consultations; for additional consultations or venue walk-throughs there will be a $65 an hour consultation fee.

Do we have to bring rental items
 back to you after the wedding?

No! One of the best parts about getting married at Wedgewood is the seamless teamwork we have with Wedgewood. We will return to Wedgewood after your wedding and retrieve any rentals, free of charge.

If you aren’t getting married at a Wedgewood venue, we can return to the venue to pick up rentals for a strike fee, or we can schedule a time for you to drop off rentals back at our studio!

CAN WE DIY SOME OF OUR WEDDING FLOWERS?

You are allowed to DIY some of your flowers for your event if you so choose. You may purchase your own silks, or you may purchase bulk flowers through us if you’d like fresh florals, but still want some elements of DIY!

However, as an award winning floral studio, we take great pride in our work! In order to protect our integrity, we do have an exclusivity clause, which means Bitterroot Studio is the only entity providing fresh flowers for your event! If you have any questions about this clause, feel free to reach out or ask during your consultation!

Can I remove items from a package?OUR WEDDING FLOWERS?

Any unneeded floral items in your package can be replaced with an item of equal value, or combined into a larger floral item. You are welcome to add as many additional floral items as you need though!

I want completely custom, bespoke floral designs. How do I get that?

Our Custom Package is exactly that - completely custom! The Custom Package has a $3,600 minimum.

None of the style options quite match our vision, but we do not want to do the Custom Package. How do we get the exact design we want?

At your preliminary consultation, you and your designer will go over the package styles. If none of them quite match your vision, during the consultation we can make simple changes. For example, if you hate roses but love the style, we can make that swap for you during our consultation!

Any additional or more complex changes will need to be customized by our designer at our hourly design rate.

what if my wedding party numbers do not work with the quantities in the package?

Items can be added to any package! Items cannot be removed from our packages, but we can swap the extra bridesmaids out for a different floral item of equal value!
